Verdial of Badajoz
Verdial of Badajoz is the best known variety in the Region of Lácara. Wild olive trees, Carrasqueños and Moriscos – our traditional olive trees – are grown in a traditional way and they offer us a unique olive oil.
Verdial of Badajoz variety offers us a ripe green olive. The fruit is big and highly valued to product olive oil, as well as to elaborate table olive.

· This olive oil variety shows a smooth flavour, sweet to its taste with a slight bitter aftertaste almost imperceptibly and non-spicy. Its colour is intense yellow.
· Because of its taste and strong flavour it is the perfect variety to enhace first courses and salads.
